Like mother, like daughter applies perfectly to Mackenzie Rosman and her little one, Ophelia.

While recording an episode for her podcast *Catching Up With the Camdens*, Rosman's 4-year-old popped up to surprise her cohosts and former *7th Heaven* costars, David Gallagher and Beverley Mitchell — who played Simon and Lucy Camden on the series,

"Are you hanging out with Mommy today?" Mitchell asked Ophelia, who bears a striking resemblance to Rosman's Ruthie Camden from early episodes of the family drama.

Biel recently appeared on the podcast to reveal she was "secretly a little afraid of Beverley" when they worked together.**

"I say this with all the love in the world — because I love her — She was tough, man.... I pushed her buttons. It was such a sisterly relationship. I think I did it because I looked up to her and I loved her. We got under each other's skin in the best way possible," Biel shared on the podcast.

Nonetheless, Biel said she appreciated the "camaraderie of all the kids."**
