Donald Trump raised alarm bells after his recent appearance sparked concern.

It comes after the 80-year-old President and Education Secretary McMahon held a back-to-school event at the White House, but people were distracted by a few things when Donald Trump stepped out, and his image got many people talking. Ever since, it's been suggested his appearance is "declining" as people think he looks "exhausted" and have noticed a few other alleged changes too.

This follows other concerns that were previously expressed by onlookers. Recently, worries also mounted after it was reported the President struggled to say a certain word.

Many people were drawn to Trump's appearance after Aaron Rupar shared footage of him at the event. Alongside the clip, he wrote: "The White House band plays a reggae version of 'YMCA' as Trump wraps up the event."

However, even though many people commented on the choice of music, it was Trump's image that captured a lot of attention. In fact, a few seemed to be quite concerned.

One said: "Slow motion Trump, looking pathetic, exhausted, and a little out of breath in new and larger way." Another added: "He walks away with his head down like a miserable clown."

A third replied: "Looks a little defeated and exhausted." Meanwhile, a fourth commented: "He can barely walk."

In a separate post, Aaron also drew attention to something else, too. He seemed to notice something about his hand.

Aaron noted: "Get a load of the state of the back of Trump's right hand. His injured skin is so discolored it's almost glowing."

Others also commented on how his hand looked. Several expressed worry and shock at its appearance.

One commented: "Yikes. The back of his right hand looks color-corrected into a bruise... can't unsee it."

Someone else wrote: "His hands are completely different colors. Sure, that’s a totally normal thing that happens from hand shaking."

Another replied: "Trump looks shocking. He’s pale, his hair is flat and he’s put on tons of weight."

There were some people who noted that they think the changes are just normal parts growing older though, as some seemed to think the comments were pretty harsh. One more added: "Old people's skin rips and bruises easily."

It's not the first time Trump's appearance has sparked concern, though. Earlier this month, different worries were also expressed about his health.
