HGTV’s new dating show Let’s Go Back to Your Place will premiere in 2027 and will be hosted by a beloved Bachelor Nation star

Contestants will tour three suitors’ homes to see what each space reveals about the person who lives there before choosing their blind date based on the abode alone

The series will likely be a hit among fans of MTV’s Room Raiders as it follows a similar format to the nostalgic aughts series

HGTV is breaking into the dating show scene with a unique new home series — and it will likely be a hit among fans of a certain aughts MTV show!

On Tuesday, Aug. 25, the network announced an all-new series called Let’s Go Back to Your Place, and The Bachelorette alum Tyler Cameron, 33, will serve as the ultimate wingman as he takes on hosting duties.

Set to premiere in 2027, the show will see the reality star and home renovation expert — who recently announced his engagement to girlfriend Tate Madden — serve as matchmaker for hopeful romantics with a home-related twist.

Cameron will bring single contestants into the homes of three suitors and guide them on a tour of each abode. Inside, they’ll see if a connection is formed based on the design style of the space and the story it tells about the owner.

After the contestant gets a few clues about the type of person who lives there, they will choose the property they think belongs to someone with whom they might be a match. Without seeing who owns it, or who chose it, the pair will be set up on a blind date to see if the chemistry felt inside the home can last in real life.

Fans of Room Raiders may feel a bit of nostalgia from the show format, as it’s similar to the MTV series which ran from 2003 to 2009.

The dating show saw one contestant ā€œraidā€ the bedrooms of three singletons to see what they could find out about the person during their snooping session. Then, they chose their blind match based on what each space revealed about their potential match.

Cameron officially made his HGTV debut when Bachelor Mansion Takeover premiered earlier this year in March. The star, who competed for Hannah Brown’s heart on season 15 of The Bachelorette, served as judge alongside fellow Bachelor Nation alum Tayshia Adams.

The series enlisted 12 former Bachelor, Bachelorette, Golden Bachelor and Golden Bachelorette contestants to help transform the hit ABC show’s iconic California property and give it a much-needed makeover.

In addition to appearing on HGTV, Cameron runs a construction business called Image One Construction in his hometown of Jupiter, Fla.

It was featured in the series Going Home with Tyler Cameron, during which he renovated Jupiter homes while also restoring his late mother’s house. The show is also how he met his fiancĆ©e Madden back in 2022 when she worked as a photographer on the series.

Additionally, he joined Owning Manhattanstar Ryan Serhant’s eponymous brokerage, SERHANT, as a real estate agent in July 2025, PEOPLE previously confirmed.
