Manny MUA is reversing an old cosmetic procedure.
In a TikTok video posted on Thursday, Feb. 26, the 34-year-old beauty influencer — whose real name is Manny Gutierrez — took his followers along as he got the remaining filler in his face dissolved.
Manny opened his video by anticipating his followers’ confusion, after previously sharing publicly that he had gotten his filler dissolved over eight years ago. He explained, however, that during a recent facial, his facialist told him that some filler was “very much still” apparent in a region under his eyes.
“I don’t want it there,” he said. “So we’re going to get more of it dissolved today, ‘cause I didn’t even realize I had under-eye filler still.”
During the appointment, he filmed as he was told that the remaining filler in his face had migrated and caused a “shelf” to appear under his eyes.
Manny's face had a bit of bruising after the dissolvent was injected into his face, though he said he was very happy with the results, adding that the pain of the $350 procedure was around a “five out of 10.”
“I'm excited that we got it done,” he added. “It was actually a really good experience.”

In a post the day after getting his filler removed, the internet personality alluded to another cosmetic procedure — Botox — that he had done.
“Trying to signal ‘let’s go home’ but we have Botox,” he wrote in text overlaying a video of him attempting to move his eyebrows and nod his head towards the door of an event.
Manny previously detailed the cosmetic procedures he’s had in a video he shared in December — revealing that he has had a Brazilian butt lift (BBL), Sculptra, under-eye filler and full-face Botox, but never had lip blush, breast implants, lip flip or nose filler.

The content creator maintains a following of over 10 million across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, where he’s known for sharing makeup tutorials and product reviews. He first began posting to YouTube in 2014, becoming one of the first male beauty influencers online.
