Claire Kittle is excited to further open up her heart and her mind in the new year.

As 2025 neared its close, the football WAG spoke to PEOPLE about her recent partnership with Smirnoff for the newest chapter of its We Do Game Days campaign. Throughout the year, Claire, 31, has cheered on her husband, San Francisco 49ers star George Kittle, 32. Up in her stadium suite, she continues to bring team spirit no matter how the actual scoreboard looks.

"We always have to have a positive outlook [on the game], because it could change at any moment and we've seen it all," says Claire. "We are celebrating the game, we're cheering, and just putting out that good energy into the world ... enjoying the time that we're spending together with our friends and family."

Beyond her duties as a dedicated NFL wife, Claire has also reached her own personal new heights.

This NFL season, she's delivered cultural commentary and behind-the-scenes content as the co-host of the Wife’d Up, Mic’d Up series, presented in partnership with Smirnoff. She also traveled the country with her Hoss Tailgate Tour, promoting sisterhood and sports with great pre-game energy.

Looking ahead to what 2026 has in store, Claire tells PEOPLE that she wants to build on that same spirit of accomplishment.

"I think I've been doing a pretty good job of just trying to say yes to more opportunities and say yes to more things," she shares. "I feel like I know who I am and I just want to see where these opportunities may take me."

She admits that she was previously "really good at saying no," but at the beginning of 2025, Claire made a conscious decision to flip the script. Ultimately, her decidedly open attitude has boosted her confidence in exciting, rewarding ways she hopes to repeat in the upcoming months.

"Just trying to get into that uncomfortable fear zone, because that's when you can grow," she reflects. "That might be a simple [new year's resolution], but it's also a hard one to do."
