Culpo, 34, and her husband, San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey, welcomed their son, Roman Augustus, on Sept. 29, and the model gave fans a sweet glimpse into life with two under 2 on Instagram on Thursday, Oct. 22.

“15 months ago, she made me a mother. Now I get to watch her become a big sister 🤍,” Culpo wrote.

In the video, she could be seen lying in bed with her newborn as Colette was brought in to join her. “She’s so sweet, she loves him. She gives him little kisses and she’s just so special,” she told E! News on Saturday, Oct. 17. “It’s so special to see her get a sibling because we’re such a big family. So, to see her get a brother is just so fun.”

Along with Sophia, Culpo has three more siblings: brothers Pete and Gus and sister Aurora. Her husband, meanwhile, has three brothers: Dylan, Luke and Max.

The couple, who wed in 2024, publicly announced Roman’s arrival on Saturday, Oct. 10, nearly two weeks after his birth, with a joint Instagram post.

In the photos, they could be seen holding the newborn in the hospital with Colette watching on, while another snap showed Culpo standing in a garden while holding Roman with her daughter standing by her side.

On Oct. 16, Christian told reporters that he was adjusting to life as a dad of two — or at least getting enough shuteye.

“Sleep’s great! My family’s down in L.A. right now while my wife’s recovering,” the running back said after NBC Bay Area reporter Anthony Flores asked how he was handling his nighttime routine.

“Don’t tell her this, I’m sleeping fantastic,” he jokingly added.
