Teresa Giudice’s Daughter Milania, 20, Addresses Assault Charges for the First Time Weeks After Her Arrest

Milania Giudice spoke out for the first time since getting arrested and charged with assault.

“It is what it is, shit happens in life and you gotta learn from it,” she said in a TikTok.

The 20-year-old is the daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice.

“It is what it is, shit happens in life and you gotta learn from it,” she said in the clip. “Just become a better person and talk about it.”

Milania added that she “was not in a good area in [her] life” when she was arrested in May.

“That happens, I’ve been through a lot in life and some other stuff happened to me,” She continued. “Just because you guys think you know everything that happens in my life, you just really don’t.”

Law enforcement recently told People that Milania's arrest occurred on May 14. She was charged with simple assault and purposely/knowingly causing a bodily injury, the outlet claimed.

Meanwhile, a report from The Sun claimed that Milania had a court hearing on May 19, though she didn't enter a plea.

The University of Tampa student has regularly appeared on RHONJ since her mom joined the show in 2009. Teresa and her ex-husband Joe Giudice also share three other daughters: Gia, 25, Gabriella, 21, and Audriana, 16.

Following Milania's commitment to UTampa in 2024, Teresa celebrated her second-youngest child in an Instagram post.

"Congratulations on the University of Tampa! I love you so much and I am so proud of you! I can’t wait to see what you accomplish within your four years, make mommy proud," Teresa wrote at the time.
