Tokyo Revengers: War of the Three Titans Arc Episode 4 should continue the search for Mikey, started by Takemichi and Kazutora, with lots of their old friends helping them for almost three months, but unfortunately, they did not find anything. The Bonten gang, Mikey's new group, is still a mystery to them.

Another interesting thing is the tape. Nobody knows what is recorded on it, including Takemichi, so Tokyo Revengers: War of the Three Titans Arc Episode 4 might be the one that finally reveals it. The tape might be the only useful clue left for Takemichi.

Takemichi arrives at Draken's place in search of Mikey. Draken admits Mikey was last seen over ten years ago and had told Chifuyu to keep things under wraps until he found the person Takemichi was looking for. He warns Takemichi not to pursue the issue further.

Later, Naoto reunites with Takemichi at the river to show him everything he knows about Bonten, the largest criminal group in Japan, that has escaped the police's notice for the past years. Naoto reveals that Mikey is running the group. It is shown that Mikey gives orders to Sanzu to execute three traitors of the gang.

Takemichi wishes to shake hands with Naoto to change the past but fails to do so. Naoto thinks he cannot do it anymore. Chifuyu advises him to be happy to be together with Hina as someone comes in to help him in this time of trouble.

Two and a half months pass. On June 19, the friends get together twelve years later to see what’s in the capsule. Mikey doesn’t come, so they check the capsule. Chifuyu put a magazine in there, while Hakkai put in a letter about his dream of being an astronaut. Mitsuya put a plush rabbit in there.

Mikey’s letter says he wants Takemichi to be happy with Hina. Takemichi’s letters lay unopened, with a tape left in the shared time capsule. The episode finishes by showing Mikey alive, setting up Tokyo Revengers: War of the Three Titans Arc Episode 4.
